If you're referring to the recently released English versions of The Restless Sheep & The Lone Wolf -A Tale of Cutthroat Lovers- and The Restless Sheep & The Lone Wolf -Woolly Eyes GAIDEN-, you can temporarily replace your texthook.dll with this one
texthook_yuris6_65001.zip

(I have only applied #1040 and set the UTF-8 encoding for the yu-ris6 hook to resolve the symbol garbling issue, so it's a "temporary" replacement).

As for the game Maggot Baits, both the Japanese and English versions can be extracted normally using textractor, and you do not need to use the dll file provided above.
