看了下artalk的实现方式，是在数据库user表中有badge_name和badge_color两个字段。

填写对应的，前端是这种结构，但是只能增加一个，要想自定义多个，就需要修改css的方式，通过atk-item atk-nick定位到用户名，然后给对应的加，有些不方便。

能否新增一个表badge，里面可以自定义名称和颜色，这样只需在用户表那显示badge id即可。

user表其实也可以考虑增加个颜色
