After implementing this technology I began seeing ghosting. Not on my prints, but of the printer's motion. This gradually worsened as I increased speed and acceleration values. I initially thought this was my brain's inability to process the speed of the movements, a sort of persistence of vision thing. Either that or I was having a stroke, for I was also seeing stars. Further research with high speed camera proved this to be false.
The video recording revealed a faint picture of specks of light, almost as if I had recorded over an old episode of Murder She Wrote on a VHS tape. "That is impossible!" I said to myself, "this is digital video, there should be no old image under the new one!". Puzzling this over for a while, I came to the conclusion that my printer was in fact emitting some form of radiation that the CMOS sensor on my phone was picking up as light. Upon enhancing the image further yet another image revealed itself. A sweeping grassy field with, and I kid you not, bison being hunted by a small pack of native peoples! "This is fantastic" I exclaimed! This advanced new technology has somehow opened a hole in time!
It was about this time my wife managed to revive me. It was all a dream. I had not somehow added an additional dimension to my 3D printer, I had merely electrocuted myself and my brain was shutting down due to lack of oxygen. Boy was I ever disappointed.
Anyways, was I supposed to hook the power supply +/- or the L/N terminals to the rails?
