App Version: 3.6.3

Any Relevant Settings: default monitoring all

Steps to Reproduce: Install standalone or full install. Monitor AMD GPU stats against HWInfo or Radeon Adrenaline Data. Run a game and see the inaccuracy of Core Load, Core Clock, and VRAM clock (inconsistent)
