Balance top only displays "top 1 players" with "<unknown>" name with incorrect balance top

Hi there,

Reproduction steps on my server, with a raw default configuration file & no changes with version 0.17.0-SNAPSHOT:

1: "/baltop" followed by
2: "/balance " to prove it's incorrect

/balancetop only displays "top 1 players" with "" name, nor is it the correct balance.

Acceptance criteria:

• Ensure /balancetop doesn't just show one result.
• Ensure it's not showing against a balance. If it's unknown, then don't show a balance.
• Ensure these results are infact the top balance.

This happens if there are no player names in the "uuidToName" section in "economy.json".

I also have this issue, how am I supposed to fix this? Am I supposed to enter names one by one? Isn't the plugin supposed to do the work?
