MAX Plugin Version

5.11.4; 5.11.3; 5.11.2; Any Version

Unity Version

2022.3.*

Device/Platform Info

All Android and IOS version

Current Behavior

Banner auto destroyer when on application focus. Have impression event but no paid ad event!

Expected Behavior

New MAX SDK version cannot build with Unity 2021 so we must upgrade project to Unity 2022 to build project.
But when done, the Banner of MAX SDK auto destroyer when application focus true, we still receive event of impression but no receive paid ad event!

How to Reproduce

Build and show banner with any MAX SDK versions and with Unity 2022.3

Hi @blackdragon09796 - thanks for reporting this issue. We're looking into this and will notify this thread once a fix is released.

In the mean time, could you try using Unity 2022.3.9 or under? We've found that the issue was introduced in Unity 2022.3.10.

@Lorenzo45 Thanks for your information. We have fix it by downgrade Unity version to 2021.3 and build apk with gradle 6.9.4 and gradle version 4.2.1.

@Lorenzo45 Is there any ETA for the fix? I need to use version 2022.3.10f1 in order to build for iOS beacuse I am using xCode 15 . Here is the link for more information: https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/building-projects-with-il2cpp-scripting-backend-for-apple-platforms-fails-with-xcode-15-dot-0b6-or-newer. I can confirm that version 2022.3.8f1 does not have a bug on Android.

For me solution to fix it was downgrade from 2022.3.10 to 2022.3.8 unity version
