[Bug] Graph Colors Overrwritten By Defaults

Describe the bug
The theme applies correctly everywhere except for existing graph view windows, where it appears for a moment but then gets overwritten. It renders correctly only after opening a new graph view window, but gets overwritten whenever:

• Theme is changed to light or dark
• App is launched
• Switching to the theme for the first time

The graph links and nodes turn bluish-grey and the highlight color is replaced by the obsidian accent theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a new graph view window
2. Perform any of the actions listed above
