When you run a server with a previously-saved world, many entities appear that only have a SaveFileIdentifier, EntitiyId + a couple other useless components. These shouldn't exist, as they should be loaded into something. Figure out why they're not being successfully loaded, or perhaps they're duplicates which is why they never load?
