📝[Documentation Update]: Having improper appointment.html file

Issue Description

There are 2 appointment html files having names as
appointment.html and aptmnt.html which has both same contents.

Suggested Change

as there are 2 files having same content so will be deleting aptmnt.html file and keep only appointment html file .

Rationale

It will improve understanding, avoid confusion and save overall file size.
