The current design of appointment and patient letters lacks visual appeal and readability on our project’s website.

As a participant in GSSoC'24, I've noticed that the appointment and patient letters on our website could benefit from some enhancements. Specifically, I propose to:
Introduce modern design elements, including layout and formatting improvements.
Add personalized touches and ensure optimization for both print and digital formats.

I am eager to contribute under GSSoC'24 and help enhance our website’s functionality and user experience. Please assign this task to me.

Expected behavior
