Fix Navigation Issue: 'Make an Appointment' Button Not Redirecting to Appointment Page

Currently, upon clicking 'Make an Appointment' in the doctor's section, the screen fails to redirect to the appointment page as intended. I'll investigate and rectify this navigation glitch to ensure a smooth user experience. Please assign this task to me for GSSoC contribution
