Usage with ngx-permissions

@jalchr Hello, i'm really sorry i didn't find the time to really look into it.
but i would naively think that you could use this plugin at startup, get all permissions from server (this could be bad in some case) and then call this.permissionsService.addPermission('${permissions}') to add them at once into ngx.
but like i said i didn't know this lib and sadly i've been away from angular from quite some time.
Hope that you could find some thoughts into it and i'm really sorry that i'v forgot to answer you.
