Constant Freezing-- Have to quit to stop

On almost every game I join, I can play for a few minutes but then my game will randomly freeze and will not become unfrozen until I quit the game or shutdown my computer. This originally occurred on Bloxburg so I assumed the game had been hacked but it's happening on all the other games so I can only assume this is a problem with the new update.

What operating system/device are you running? If you're on Windows 10, are you using the desktop version or the Windows 10 Store version of the game? Also, does the game hang/freeze or does it say something along the lines of "We're sorry but Roblox needs to quit"?
