Breaking changes 💥

@Schema now only accepts an object parameter.
@Schema second parameter is now all the options possible for the FastestValidator.
SchemaBase has been removed.
fastest-validator has been moved to peerDependencies.
Decorators only apply "type" property to Schema.

Features 🆕

All decorators are fully typed.
@NestedArray decorator, same behavior as @nested but for arrays.
