The input sanitizing is not sufficient:

  • In list names, I have encountered an issue with a mailing list containing an amperstamp &.
  • Also, list names could be used to inject arbitrary commands on creation.
  • The same holds for list passwords.

this would be the proper solution to #1 (and more since that other issue is only concerned with the password field)
