List of fully new modules needed:

Denoiser training LIMS strategy
Denoiser inference LIMS strategy
Classifier inference LIMS strategy

Modules needing to be modified for new input/output

Suite2p segmentation needs to pull denoised movie
Add classifier score to cell_roi table.
Potential modifications to extract trace and downstream queues (might not be necessary but pointing it out just in case).
