  • test download of all data with new manifest
  • upload data
  • create new notebooks
  • create new aging mouse pages
  • iterate with science team on notebooks and pages
  • update intro.md (changelog and links)
  • run all notebooks with new manifest
  • update pip install to install notebook dependencies in getting_started.
  • Add "Install" to README.md
  • update code ocean
