First, thanks for creating this amazing resource :)
The terms/pivot tables that include information on the different taxonomy levels are missing information on the top-level, division. Out of the five taxonomy levels: ['division', 'class', 'subclass', 'supertype', 'cluster'] terms do not include any information on division. The pivot table shows that Class terms do not have any parent (it is NaN).

We updated the taxonomy in this release match the update in new revision provided by Yao et.al. In this new revision, they have remove the top-level "division" layer and are now starting from 'division'
