Can't Reload with any Weapon

Hello, is was playing your mod on the default map and ran into an issue where I couldn't reload, with any weapon. At first, I thought it was just the starting the weapon. Then I quickly began to realize that reloading any weapon wasn't going to come any time soon. I just installed this a few hours ago so I might've overlooked something, but from what I can tell so far, this is not normal, and/or has never happened before.
