Current Scenario:

It would be better to introduce a new section that is Open Source that contains:

• Information about good Open Source Organisations that can pay you and hire you as full-time.
• Open Source Organisations that provide swags on submitting successfully MR.
• Information about the latest Mentorship in Open Source Community.

Yes I think we can drop "Analysis" tab for now, and let's plan to add a page "open source" which can contain multiple informations about the open source organizations!
