Background

The refinebio-examples survey is live:
https://app.hubspot.com/forms/5187852/a50f293c-1ef4-4ee1-b7ee-c563afe2ad5c/performance

It has the first question that asks what examples the user was looking at/using. This unfortunately will need to be be updated with each new analysis example. But not before the example is made live.

What potential "gotchas" do we know of?

We want the example analysis to be available as an option for question one as SOON as the example is pushed to master, but NOT when it is in staging.

I think we can add to the "make it live" PR #322 as a checklist, but it would be good if we have more than just that as a reminder.

What are the recommended next steps?

Anyone else have any other ideas beyond the PR template on #322?

We can also keep in mind that on hubspot you can make edits to the survey, but you don't have to publish them right away. I don't think it allows us to set a time for it to publish.

This is added to the PR checklist for "publishing" things. I think that's a start. The other part is that this should probably be added somewhere to CONTRIBUTING.md
