welle-cli uses cache for services on various ensembles

In Slovenia, three radio stations even are on two different ensembles (and channels).

For these screenshots I was first checking the R2West Mux (which is stronger here) and then the R2East Mux (sometimes very weak like in the 2nd screenshot)

I expect that welle-cli should show the multiplex in the 2nd pic with all real-time information, but (as you can see) the content (DL, SLS) is cached for this three services and used from the other ensemble.

I don't know how we can prevent it (because SID, bitrates and labels are the same). Maybe adding the EId?
