What is the Problem Being Solved?

There is no way for users to submit UX/UI suggestions via the PSM UI. It would be good to have the option to crowdsource ideas for PSM UI changes from PSM page if possible.

Description of the Design

Rough design (Open for discussion):

'Suggestions?' pop-up - bottom left of PSM

Ask for optional name, username, email address and a few lines of text explaining change.

'Submit' button. Upon hitting we store that info in a google sheet that Product can review.
