Describe the bug

If you have the worldguard "allow-plugin-spawning" flag set to true, then advancedmobs spawns mobs inside those regions. This could be working as intended, however, I have setting enabled for advancedpets, to allow pets to spawn inside worldguarded regions. I do not want any mobs from advancedmobs spawning inside worldguarded regions, please add an option in the config or something which does not allow spawning inside worldguarded regions at all, even if the worldguard config option is enabled for plugin spawning.

How to reproduce

Install advancedmobs, worldguard and worldedit, make a worldguarded region, make mob-spawning set to deny in that region. Go to the config of worldguard, make allow-plugin-spawning set to true, and simply wait for advancedmobs to spawn mobs inside the region.

Worldguard version: 7.0.11-SNAPSHOT
Worldedit version: 7.3.6
Advancedmobs version: 1.11.2

server jar: paper-1.21.1-74
