How to get preset's icons/thumbnail images?

I am able to list the presets names and I can even get the presets ids based on their display order but I can't find anywhere how to get the presets icons/thumbnail images

I want to get the brush icons and sizes if possible
or the custom shapes icons

Anyone knows how to do this? I've been looking for days
