Add option to hide the Rate us notification

Issue Details

Now in the options you can remove the Rate us notification only by clicking on the Hide button next to it, but it would be more consistent if this could be done through a separate option in the settings.

Proposed solution

Add the Hide 'Rate us' notification option to the settings.

@rakleed We already have this feature in the extension. You can click 'Hide' on the bottom left corner in the settings.

Although, if we ever implement this feature on other platforms, maybe we should here too.
