If extendBodyBehindAppBar is true, the content is misaligned. #16

The content is offset (pushed down) by the height of the AppBar.
This does only occur when setting extendBodyBehindAppBar to true.

if an instance of AppBar is provided to the grabbing parameter, the bar is visible, but not its title or actions.
