Background

Currently, PostgreSQL and MongoDB are supported as the persistence layer for the bookkeeping data.
Since the bookkeeping database is tiny, storing it on DynamoDB when running pipelines on AWS, can be more convenient and cheaper.

Feature

Allow using DynamoDB as the storage option for bookkeeping data
