Redirecting to home upon clicking on logo icon - [GSSoC '23]

The current logo icon at the top left corner does not redirect to HOME page.

Redirecting to the home page on clicking the logo makes the site good in user experience , more accessible, consistent and responsive. I have added the link to the homepage on clicking the logo in each section. PFA the screen recording for the same.
