[PE-D][Tester C] Missing error messages for certain task names for "delete task" command

When task names are properly supplied, a correct error message is shown, indicating that a task is not found.

However, when task names are supplied with special characters (ie. !@#$%^), there is no error message to the user saying that it is invalid, the application simply does nothing.
