Previewing Jekyll Site

Based on the recommendation here https://se-education.org/guides/tutorials/jekyll.html, we should attempt to run Jekyll locally which can ensure that whatever changes that you have done are formatted properly.

Alternatively if we want more advanced workflow, we can use Netlify to generate a site preview on every pull request.
