Hello, I am using the Mac Air M2 (8cpu 10gpu) model. When I'm in the process of creating some images in this model, I'm getting an error message like the following in the middle or end of the formation phase.
Should I apply the "disable upper limit" command written in this message? What kind of system failure can I face if I apply it? How and where should I write if I will apply it? Thank you very much to everyone in advance.
RuntimeError: MPS backend out of memory (MPS allocated: 8.76 GB, other allocations: 5.08 MB, max allowed: 9.07 GB). Tried to allocate 1.50 GB on private pool. Use PYTORCH\_MPS\_HIGH\_WATERMARK\_RATIO=0.0 to disable upper limit for memory allocations (may cause system failure).
Installation instructions for Apple Silicon processors include a few additional instructions for poor performance. Should I apply one of these?
