Adjust the print view layout to match/fit A4 Size

currently there is a lot of blank space that might be improved to fit a nice looking PDF

• add rule to remove pagebreak for the next module right after a day break #179
• close the blank space gap between module and time column
• remove empty pages in print view in case they appear
• keep a bit of distance to the left side to make it "paper ready" (1,5-2cm) on all pages
