Integrate with MOSS

I'm not sure how this would necessarily work, since MOSS in general should check all students simultaneously. But we could definitely have a script that gathers all the files in Submissions/ and gives them to MOSS. It only has to be ran once per semester, as far as I can tell it can cross check every single lab file. See documentation for more info.
