All the I frame flag are incorrectly set above the row it should be, e.g. in video_size_0:

I mean, should the I_frame_flag be set as 1 when its next frame is an I frame? Or, itself should be.

Good problem
I find I give wrong trace. I frame will means that Itself will be I frame .Because I frame is more larger than p frame.
I will modify it today,
