[BUG] Fucken fix cluster munitions

Cluster bombs of any form crash servers the moment they hit a contraption 90% of the time. Its nearly instant, to the point of where the explosion isnt rendered. This only began around the time the legality update was pushed, for a frame of reference.

Testing some cluster GBUs against one of my vehicles. Apparently the destroyed entities are having a hard time with physics.

Just an FYI, it does also occasionally crash too whenever it hit the world, if that matters at all.
