Hello
I've been receiving reports from players that can't promote anyone for leader in group, all time say "This player is in combat. You can't make it leader right now".
To make sure i tested in the vanilla mission and got the same.
ps: only tested on 1.62, not sure if this is happening to stable version.

I'm just seeing this now. I guess I should follow this too. Unless it only pertains to Tanoa (mapConfig mission.sqm) I would put this in Altis issues. This is really just a fork of Altis now.
