How can I unlock UEFI booloader? #17

Hi
I build AOSP 13 for hikey960.
But it shows Device must be bootloader unlocked when adb remount.
I tried fastboot flashing unlock but failed.
Is there any other way to unlock the BootLoader in UEFI?
