Data won't be available for Universal Analytics properties past July 2023, or Jan 2024 for GA360.

So....the functions will need to be removed in favour of the new Data API. This issue will track it.

Remove google_analytics()
Remove segments etc.
Update documentation
Put deprecation notices on older functions
Remove BigQuery functions and docs
