Add a chat message that states what items were purchased from the shop

How would it work?
Item Piles module has a similar feature, when a player buys something from a merchant actor, a message gets set to Chat with a description of the purchase.

Why should this be added?
This would help players and GMs keep track of purchases and where items comes from.
