fabric.mod.json lists Fabric API as a dependency but it doesn't seem to be necessary #12

edit: Changed title, since I used fabric_loader_dependencies.json to drop the dep on fabric and the mod seemed to function as normal.

Thanks for reporting this, I can modify the fabric.mod.json to remove the dependency on fabric api. I think the original reason for including it as a dependency was because of the use of Cloth Config.
