Use FileStorageProxy to scan for a presets/ folder on SD or USB, organized by presets/BrandSlug/ModuleSlug/presetname.vcvm. This probably would be similar to how the PatchList is are loaded (M4 scans all mounted drives and returns a large data structure).

User Presets would appear under Factory presets in the presets list, with a heading to separate the two

This could merge into v1 and v2 branches
