Offline / Air-Gapped Install

Hello all,

I am looking to implement this within an Air Gapped network within a RHEL8 machine. I can't see anything that would stop me or cause any problems - just checking this is ok to do so and the application would work as expected still?

Also, struggling with the install method for an offline version of RHEL8.. should I be able to get this working with just a download of this? since I can't leverage the usual install method of it pulling down from online repo's.
