As a user I can open community scenes or import a streetmix street, modify the scene, name it, then save and share the scenes URL directly with other people.

(This is a followup to v2 open/save scenes epic #259)

Business Goals

• Test email sending - automatic after joining
• Zade - Open community scenes route (featured scenes) when opening empty app show open modal community scenes in 3dstreet.app if no file specified to load in URL #299

User Expectations

• Zade - boolean property widget does not work as expected checkbox does not always work correctly  #374
• Zade as a user, scenes saved via "save as" do not appear in open dialog until reloading #371
