Tun Mode Not working

Hello i have latest cores and v2rayN version. in my current setup when i set system proxy every thing works fine but when i enable TUN mode(clear system proxy and Routing V3-Global) as administrator i get errors no connection is made to outside.

i tested with default dns configs on both xray an sing-box. i also removed all and tried. allowed sing-box and xray in firewall.

I agree, I have the same problem.
Just launching v2RayN somehow immediately starts the VPN connection.
