Help currently just shows the text of the services it offers start and stop commands for. These services should be automatically generated from those configured in data.json.

In fact, the whole help system should be generated from the commands separately. I need to modularise these more... perhaps have it scrape itself for the comments I've been leaving?

also, the game drivers now also have the "Server Profiles" that need to be checked too, not just the games themselves.
