Repack ammo into any mags

In real life anyone is able to take the individual bullets and pack them into an assortment of magazines. Why can't we offer the ability for infantry to re-pack the ammo of some of their 30rnd magazines into 150rnd boxes for the LMGs? And vice versa. As long as the ammunition is the correct calibre, it should be made possible.

This mod appears to add the functionality this issue raises. Not sure if it could be used to serve that purpose or as a reference for the creation of our own version

We could implement a simplified version of this which merely allows us to pack mags with belt rounds and belt rounds with mags. The whole ammo in packages deal and having to unpack that is just too tedious for us.

This feature hasn't really been supported by people in general either, however I have recently had an instance where having this feature would have helped a lot...... So I feel simplified version would do fine.
