I have some note types that have more fields than basic and cloze. How could I use this tool?

I have a Note Type for single choice questions. This note has the fields: title, question, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, answer, source and extra. but the maximum fields I can get using your tool are two.

Another example case would be when we create specific note types for language learning, which have extra fields in relation to standard cards.
