Create /etc/kazoo/config.ini

The new version (v2.13.X) uses /etc/kazoo/config.ini as a configuration file. This file needs to be set and added in the newest version to run properly.

thank you so much .......
i run kazoo on centos 6 with three cluster servers and every command execute correctly . but at the end i cant register any soft phone or ip phone on it .
can you help me for debugging ....please..........
