Would there be any way to access the raw data, in FAST5 format?

we are in talks with AWS representatives to have the fast5's hosted there. I will let you know as soon as I have more information.

Hello @tobiasmarschall, just so we can maybe close that thread and maybe if you would want to add a supplementary link in your github repo, I saw that there is a new link on your preprint. Raw files seems available on AWS :
